Real estate in Williamson County is still BOOMING. The total number of Williamson County single-family homes and condos sold in November was 399. That’s up almost 15% from November last year AND it was the highest number of closings for November in 10 years!
The median single-family home sale price rose 7.6% from this time last year to $443,507. Year-to-date total home sales for 2016 are 5,228, up 3.5% from 2015.
