Monthly Market Update | January 2017 | Williamson County

The real estate market in Williamson County did not slow down for the holidays! A total of 457 single-family homes closed, a new record for the month of December! The median sales price for a single-family home in December reached $450,706, an increase of 8.2% from December 2015. For 10 months now, the median sales price has been OVER $400,000. It’s a great time to sell!

2016 was a record-breaking year for Williamson County real estate with 5,709 closings. Previously, the record number of Williamson County home sales was in 2015 with 5,551 closings.
