Monthly Market Update | March 2017 | Williamson County TN

February was another strong month for the Williamson County, TN real estate market. The total number of homes closed in Williamson County reached 320, an increase of 14% from February 2016. The median home sale price in Williamson County continued to rise to a record amount for the month of February, reaching $447,868.

YTD home closings for 2017 are 652, which is a 7.8% increase from this time last year. This is great news for our real estate market!
